– All consultations and procedures require appointments. Walk-ins are not accepted.

– Late arrivals (15 minutes or more) will require rescheduling or shortened appointments.
9. Cancellation and Rescheduling
– Provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule consultations or procedures.
– Surgical procedure cancellations require 48 hours’ notice.
– Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee of 15% of the surgery cost.

– All treatments and surgeries must be paid in full before the service.
– Surgery bookings require a 30% advance deposit; the balance is due on the day of surgery.
– Payments are non-transferable unless approved by the front desk.
– Deposits and payments for cosmetic or clinical treatments are non-refundable.
– Products may be returned on a case-by-case basis, with credit issued towards other services/products.
11. Product Exchange Policy
– Exchanges accepted only for defective products within 10 days of purchase.
– Exchanges must be done at the clinic location where the purchase was made.
– Discounted or promotional items are not eligible for exchange.
– Credit notes and vouchers must be used before their expiry.
